Basic Construction

Drawing for me is a process. I cannot just start and have beautiful lines on the first go, both digitally and traditionally. I need to make a mess, draw really irregular shapes, go over the same lines again and again, critique everything and finally get to the finalizing of the lines I like.

Manipulating Art

When you sketch traditionally, you have to make sure all your characters are in proportion, take care of the elements in the background and decide on a color scheme before you start inking and coloring your sketch. If you make a single mistake and you realize it after you start inking your work, most times there is no way you can fix that mistake.
